1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern all services provided by Klass Cleaning Ltd (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) to customers (‘you’, ‘your’). By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Klass Cleaning Ltd provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Oxfordshire, including Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Didcot, Abingdon, Witney, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to: standard and deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window and office cleaning, and end-of-tenancy cleaning.
3. Bookings and Availability
Bookings may be made via our website, email, phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you confirm that all provided information (including property access details) is accurate and complete.
4. Pricing and Payments
Our pricing model includes hourly rates (£15–£30 per hour) and fixed package prices (e.g. £80 for deep cleans, £150+ for move-out services). A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due after completion. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved payment merchant.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a cancellation charge may apply. In cases of no-show or inability to access the property, refunds will be reviewed case-by-case.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will revisit and re-clean the relevant areas free of charge.
7. Customer Obligations
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property (keys, codes, etc.) at the agreed time, with electricity and running water available. We take care of clutter and standard pre-cleaning preparation, but please ensure general accessibility.
8. Liability and Insurance
Klass Cleaning Ltd holds full public liability insurance covering accidental damage or injury during service delivery. While utmost care is taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or indirect losses.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or power outages.
10. Promotions and Discounts
We may offer first-time customer discounts (10–15%), referral bonuses (£10 off), and package deals for recurring bookings. All offers are time-limited and non-transferable.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and materials on klasscleaning.net are the property of Klass Cleaning Ltd and may not be used commercially without written consent.
12. Reviews and Testimonials
By submitting reviews, you grant Klass Cleaning Ltd permission to use them for marketing purposes, subject to data protection laws.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
